Scholarships

2024-25 PGRTSA Scholarship Application

Deadline: August 31, 2024

This application may be used to apply for a full Membership Scholarship, including 1 year of membership (July ’24- June ’25) and pre-paid attendance at all monthly breakfast meetings during that period. (Does not include pre-paid attendance at Symposium, however scholarships for Symposium attendance may become available in the future). We especially welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, and from geographical areas and organizations that have not been a part of PGRTSA before; we principally seek applicants of all backgrounds and experience levels who want to use what they learn at PGRTSA to further the mission of their organizations and grow in the area of planned giving. Receiving a scholarship from the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona requires some commitments from the awardees and their organization. Commitments include the following: 

• Notification of change of job or position to the PGRTSA President and Membership Chair;
• Active within the Development/Planned Giving Profession at the time of application;
• A commitment to participate and attend as many PGRTSA meetings as possible.
• If a recipient is unable to attend a pre-paid breakfast meeting, they are encouraged to send a colleague in their place; commit to notifying the Membership Chair one week in advance of any missed meetings and providing the name of the substitute, or requesting assistance in finding one.
